“How is...going？”意为“……怎么样？”
考向一
常用于问候对方或跟对方打招呼。go为不及物动词，意为“进展，进行”。类似的问候语还有：Hi./Hello.你好。在写信件、明信片、电子邮件的开头时，要注意把问候语运用到其中。
eg：How is your work going？你工作怎么样？
考向二
此类问句的答语为：
Great.很好。/Pretty good.相当好。/Not bad.
还不错。/Just soso.一般般。/Terrible.糟糕。

life/laɪf/n.生活，其复数形式为lives。
eg：I like the country life better.
我更喜欢乡村生活。
考向 以f, fe结尾的名词,在变为复数形式时，要将f或fe变为v，再加es,一般读作/vz/。类似的词还有：leaf, half, self, wife, knife, wolf, thief, shelf。
